Makes 24 Donuts
2 Cups Flour
¼ tspn Baking Soda
1 ½ tspn Banking Powder
Cinnamon
Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 Cup 100% Pumpkin Puree
½ Cup Swerve Brown Sugar
½ Cup Swerve Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
Vanilla
Dash of Salt
½ tbsp Can’t Believe Its Not Butter Spray
Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
Add sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice together.
Pre-heat your oven to 350.
In 1 bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice. Incorporate together and place to the side.
In a separate bowl, add your apple sauce, pumpkin, granulate sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt & butter. Mix together well.
Add your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. It is best to do this in batches adding the dry ingredients to the wet until fully mixed together.
When using the silicone molds, be sure to place them on a cookie sheet before filling to ensure the mold is sturdy. Fill your donut mold. Place in oven for 20 minutes. I choose to flip mine after 20 minutes (optional) add in for another 8 minutes. When done and not too hot to handle, place on wire cooling rack.
Make sure donuts are completely cooled off. In a separate bowl mix together: brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice & cinnamon. Spray each donut with butter spray and toss in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Enjoy!
