The easiest & healthiest way to crave your Apple Pie Craving!! I had all these ingredients right in my fridge & it was a perfect way to use up my left over egg roll wrappers. So simple, so delicious! Comes together in minutes & you can make as many or as few as you want! Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
Servings 2 - Makes 4 Egg Rolls
2 Apples - cored, peeled & sliced
1/2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
1/2 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sugar
Few Sprinkles of Cinnamon
1/2 Lemon Juiced
2 tsp Whipped Cream Cheese (These will go as 1/2 tsp into each egg roll.)
4 Egg Roll Wrappers
Small bowl of water
Spray Butter
I also added a little of both sugars together to put into the egg roll and sprinkle on top.
Core, Peel & Slice your apples and place into a bowl with brown sugar, granulated sugar, lemon juice & cinnamon. Combine until apples are all coated.
Heat up a large pan and then add your apples to it to cook. I covered mine so they would cook quicker & caramelize. Stir often so they don't burn. They should only take a few minutes to cook. Once cooked, remove from the pan and place in a bowl to cool.
Pre-heat your air fryer at 370.
Place your egg roll wrapper down.
Add your 1/2 tsp of Cream cheese, apple pie filling & sugar mixture. Take your finger and add it to your small bowl of water and wet the perimeter of the wrapper. Fold in the 2 corners then act as you are rolling the wrapper. Spray with a little butter then sprinkle again with sugar mixture. Repeat for all egg rolls.
Place the egg rolls into the air fryer seam down. I cooked them for about 7 minutes and turned them halfway through. Let cool before eating!
