Homemade Hummus! Z E R O Points!

For years now, I have been making my own 'Hummus'. I do not like store bought hummus - there is a flavor in there that I just don't like which forced me to figure out how I could make it on my own. This is the easiest process and it is beyond delicious! Z E R O points for my Weight Watcher friends!

Serving 8

Ingredients:

2 Cans Chick Peas

1 Tbsp Oil

Splash of Water (depending on desired consistency!

Fresh Parsley

Salt

1. Open 2 cans of chickpeas. Discard liquid from the can and thoroughly wash chickpeas.

2. Add your chickpeas to a blender or food processor. Add a splash of water.

3. Start pulsing - you want a thick consistency and want all the chickpeas to be blended.

4. Add 1 tbsp of oil, fresh parsley & a dash of salt. Pulse again. Hummus should be thick and creamy. Taste for salt.

5. I add an additional splash of oil to the top and some more chopped parsley.
