When I got my Apple Watch, I became aware of the 3 Apple Watch Rings & then I was obsessed with Closing them EVERY SINGLE DAY! Now, if you do not have an Apple Watch, this post isn't for you.
I have been creating these Apple Watch Challenges for the past year to keep motivation as these little rings on my watch really have a way to get me moving! The way the rings work is based on Calories Burned Goal, Exercise Time Goal & Stand Goal. Now, the watch will automatically double your weight to give you a Calories Burned Goal - BUT I would suggest you change that to be much higher. Your Stand Goal is 12 hours - can not be changed. Exercise Goal is set to 30 minutes - can not be changed.
