Craving something sweet ... but don't want to over indulge? You Must Try These Delicious Donuts! For my Weight Watchers Friends, the donuts come out to 1 pt each, 2 for 2pts, 3 for 4pts -- Keep in mind, your toppings may run you some more points. It's Time To Make The Donuts .... 🥰
Ingredients:
2 Cups All Purpose Flour (22pts)
1 1/2 tspn Baking Powder
1/4 tspn Baking Soda
1/2 tspn Salt
1/2 Cup Swerve Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Swerve Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Coco Powder
2 Eggs
1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1. Pre-heat the oven to 375. In a bowl, mix all of your wet ingredients (eggs, applesauce & almond milk) until well combined.
2 In a separate bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients ( flour, baking soda & powder, salt, granulated & brown sugar & coco). Once dry ingredients are mixed you will add them to the wet ingredients.
3. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet a little at a time and mix. Do this until the wet and dry ingredients are all incorporated and you have your batter.
4. Spray your mold & start filling up your donut mold. I use a donut silicone mold (INVEST IN ONE) and these come out perfect. My recipe makes 24 donuts. Cooked at 375 for 13-15 minutes. The will remain moist inside.
5. Be creative with your toppings. Wait for the donuts to completely cool off before placing any toppings. Be sure to count additional points if you are using toppings. I used 1/2 tspn of Fluff for 0 points and 0 pts worth of crushed graham crackers. Enjoy!
